The G runs pretty frequently as it isMax frequency is every 6 to 8 minutes. Unless there is something seriously wrong with the signals, adding extra trains shouldn't be a problem. Sounds like a test to me, during the summer when crowds are less. I've been saying all along that when the L shuts down, they can take care of extra crowds south of B-N just by running full-length trains, but then they should add trains between Court and B-N. Looks like just maybe someone else had the same obvious thought. |
