As you already know WMATA has their "Safety Rules And Procedures Handbook" that is some times referred to as the brick because of the number of pages (the 2000 addition runs 704 pages) and overly complicated and convoluted content. Your typical common carrier railroad division time table, which is the equivalent to WMATA's handbook runs under 80 pages.
