Thank you!I like the old signage with the original names - gives the routes character, and citing the destination terminals or branch lines (like to Bay Ridge for example [on other signs that is]), gives a mental map/ association for the geography of that part of the city the line serves - and also makes these routes sound like "real" railroads. The "7", the "4", and the "N", just doesn't do it for me. |
