Platform conductors can't make crackheads move faster than an earthworm. All of them know a platform conductor can't touch them, and NYPD has orders to reclassify it as "medical transport" not trespass citation if TB is detailed to 71 ave and is helping fumigate. Double ending is one solution, other is just start writing trespass charges. |
