Per the notices E's & F's were running local to Roosvelt. ave./Qns. Plz. (?). Anyway, the E that I was on, literally crept between stations, until Queens Plaza) - this is Rapid??? Transit? So I know we were following an R, but was the R also following another west bound express then? Were trains backed up at this time? Can someone explain what was going on?Easy.. There was workers on the tracks.. Trains move more slowly.. |
