The MTA gets $100 million (some upfront, some over time).The LIRR gets a rebuilt yard and a new direct connection from yard to terminal. NYCT got a new subway entrance. There are also payments for the subway station naming rights - I think to the MTA The city and state both paid and got payments and benefits from the overall project. |
