If I'm reading this correctly, wheelchair access to the Chambers St. station will be through the IRT Brooklyn Bridge station. And if that one elevator craps out, then what ?No room under the Municipal Bldg. for an elevator ? There seems to be room and it would be closer to the station itself. Bill Newkirk |
