They have to fix the leaks at Chambers St first. It will take a long time to determine the source of those leaks. Next, comes the contracts for the repairs. Then, the work, itself. Remember how long it took to fix the new South Ferry station? Better off with a temporary wall that can be replaced in a few years. |
