Yes, I'd imagine that to be on their minds. Loss of turnback capability there would be a silly move- whenever there's trouble on 6th Avenue or Queens Blvd, the M has to go there. And even in the Brave New World of all CBTC, this is NYC, and there's guaranteed to be trouble of some kind or another. |
