It doesn’t make any sense for towers on a predominantly subway portion of the line to be staffed by el personnel. Stretching it a bi, it could be possible that 167 St tower might have been staffed by an MER employee since it did control movements for both subway and el trains moving onto MER trackage but I can’t see the rest of the towers being staffed by any but subway division personnel. |
