Since the Culver el structure was part of the dual contracts, its surprising that the platforms weren’t built for 10 ft wide cars initially, since the BRT probably had no service plan in place as to which services would operate over it. I’m sure that the rebuilt portions of the Fulton St, Myrtle, and Jamaica els were built for steel cars from the start. |
