As J Average Former Passenger I don't believe the T/O did anything wrong. Contrary to some rule, sure, but not wrong. The train's track is clear, the idiot is 15 feet away and moving away from the train. As a passenger, I don't want to be delayed for that.

Now, had she been stumbling --toward-- the track my train is on, sure, hit the brakes. No matter how stupid/reckless/goofy someone is, I'd rather the train not hit them. In this case, the train is at least serving notice that maybe she should get the F outta there, which she did, at a snail's pace.
