Why do you think she is an NYCT employee?No. But I think labor relations would like to confront the train on the opposite track. They will say the T/O on that train should have seen something and brought the train to a stop. There is an obstruction, but I think NYCT would like to confront that T/O. Maybe the T/O called it in, but when NYCT sees this video they will be mad that the train didn't stop. |
