Not conducive to having HSR alongside all of them."Whale is is not as bad as you think. With traction on every wheel they can make better grades, but you do not build HRS sets on the ground. All lines are built up, on risers of some sort, and so the grads and curves can be dealt with as needed. IT is true that out west all section lines are a right of way, but most of these lines are required in the east. ROAR |
