No amount of money pumped into the system will stop homeless/mentally ill passengers who ride the system all nightMaybe if we put some more money into social services, we wouldn't need the subway to take up the slack. Police MUST get these people out. The courts and social agencies must "rule" in favor of the majority who just want to get from Point A to Point B. Or we could just declare it illegal to be poor and arrest them for something they have no control over. Yes, prisons are more expensive than houses, but it's worth it to inflict suffering on people who "deserve" to suffer. If the budget is an issue, maybe we could just kill them all. |
