Woodlawn Jct is easy - rebuild the outbound New Haven connection to be a flyover (between the local and express tracks), like its inbound counterpart.The more disruptive one is the one for the Hudson line. That one needs to be rebuilt so that westbound gets a flying junction. In a perfect world it would be between tracks 1 and 3 so that three out of four tracks can directly access the Hudson line without a conflict. |
