Great aerial photos! Thanks so much for posting.You can enlarge with the zoom feature, or with a little plus or minus icon that appears over the image as well. When enlarged with the zoom feature, even up to around 300% the details are still pretty clear. The resolution if you enlarge them is quite good. Taken originally with fine grain film maybe? Below the entrance/fare control area(?) of the IND, is a road and busses. These look as though they were intra-fairgrounds busses transporting people around the fair (perimater?) with one stop at the IND? Looks as though too, this would mean there were stairways into the terminal from below where the bus stop was as well. Nice overhead photos of the LIRR terminal, and the Corona yard. |
