We flew to Calgary from NY about seven years ago on an Air Canada flight which was about 75% Canadian citizens. We of course got on the non citizens line which was very short and figured it would be a quick process.The agent questioned us wanting to know our detailed itinerary for our planed 10 day vacation. He asked where we were staying wanting to know every detail of our plans. I felt like saying we were coming as tourists and would help there economy by bringing our tourist dollars there, which of course I did not say. Needless to say he did not make us feel welcome. |
