That doesn't make sense.The path I am referring to is the path in the plans of the canaled project, not a path that would put both tunnels down stream adjacent to the existing tunnels. The only reason I can think of for the chose of the path in the canaled project is the tunnels have a less steep ruling grade. John in the sand box of Maryland's eastern shore. |
