As to free tuition, I believe in making college like elementary/middle/high public education--FREE. The benefits to all of us of better educated citizens/residents is well worth the investment. Education, police, fire, potable water, sanitation, healthcare, transit, are all marks of civilized modern societies--lack of any of these is a demerit. |
