When I was a kid, going to Jamaica Avenue with my older siblings was exciting, even though we lived closer the Green Acres (Green Acres, we went with our parents who drove, Jamaica Avenue was a bus ride with teenagers, at my age then, that was more exciting). By the time I was a teenager, the thrill had worn off considerably. |
