Back in February '78 I was on a move off of 77 track in C I Yard. 1181 was the North motor. I left following all procedures. R46 equipment. Lost brakes entering the spur at A Tower. At 41/2 MPH. They claimed I was speeding. Investigation turned out it was computer failure and I was exonerated.Bklynsubwaybob |
