The mezzanine at Bway has a lot to do with the unused S 4 St station complex. Speaking of S 4 St, although the station shell is under S 4 St, since it runs lengthwise under that street and the line connected to it would also have run under that street why would anyone think that S 4 St would be the name of the station? It would make mores sense to call the station Union Ave since that is the thoroughfare that the line crosses. |
