For whatever reason MNRR says theirs struggle with more than 7 Shoreliners, I doubt they could handle MLVs without wrecking the schedule.

As for how Amtrak does it, the LSL only has to make 3 intermediate stops with that single P32, and it still takes quite a while to get up to speed.
