It was probably an R-9 that missed getting the BMT route signs installed when it was transferred off the IND.That car was a silver/blue strip R-9, the last of its kind retired on March 31, 1977. I thought R-4's were work motors, any idea what this car was since R-9's were retired a year before that photo was taken ? Bill Newkirk |
