(One estimate, from the Business Roundtable, says that a dollar invested in infrastructure yields as much as $3 in economic growth.)This is one of capitalism's shortcomings. The entities that would directly benefit from new infrastructure generated economic growth are not the entities that are required to fund that infrastructure. |
