Venezuela suffers from corruption (which occurs in ALL systems, ask Francis) and the drop in crude oil prices which you are enjoying at the pump, but nations dependent on oil revenues at the well head are suffering from. And if you think I am going todefend Maduro, think again.That said, LA, and Sacto both have municipal electric utilities. No worse than the privates, and no money wasted paying dividends to Wall St speculators. And, if they screw up enough, the ctizenscanforce reforms as they are the owners. |
