Heh, I figure they would prefer to charge for a new tunnel, do nothing the first four years, and say they're more than halfway done when asked. But you're right. Materials need to be purchased at inflated prices, equipment needs to be rented at inflated prices, it's pretty hard to graft money when you don't have any bills to pay... |
