Dan: I've been using the "Tuscarora" name for my writings for a long time. The "Tuscarora Journal" goes back to 1978. "Tuscarora" was the name of the sixth and last Indian tribe to joint the Iroquois Confederation. It was also a train of the Great Steel Fleet of the New York Central Railroad. Train No. 99 "The Tuscarora" ran every day except Saturday from New York to Buffalo. Larry, RedbirdR33 |
