If Christie had not cancelled the original projectIt wasn't the "original project". The original project had NJT trains going to the lower level of GCT, and the projected costs were less than half of the last estimate of the stub terminal that was never going to get built anyway and also a third of the estimates for "Gateway". Thought you said you were a realist? |
