A big question that has stuck in my mind since the day of this accident is, who was doing PCR training for all of these crews? It seems apparent that even with several sets of eyes in that cab, none of them wwre sufficiently familiar with that section of the railroad to recognize the approaching sharp curve.

I was also under the impression that PCR training couldn't be done at night, period.
