If your entire car was in front, he should not have expected anything else. If he was forward of your rear bumper... well that's a situation I refuse to allow myself to end up in on either side of the equation (if I'm merging I will find another spot, if I'm the one being merged into (and he is signalling) I will brake. If he is not signalling, however, I can be a huge dick. |
