That's an entirely different story, it's not left lane hogging if there's a left exit coming up within 2-4 miles. Thruway exit 24 in the southbound direction is the only one of those in my area (or at least the only one where the leftmost travel lane becomes an exit lane), but I know there's tons of them in the NYC/NJ area. |
