If I can do it on my HO railroad, how hard would it be for a realroad to do it given GPS and every thing else including PTC.Far cheaper than to make self-driving cars, of course. The trouble is, the cost of self-driving trains can only be spread over tens of thousands of trains while the cost of self-driving cars can be spread over hundreds of millions of cars. |
