Now, you have no idea what RR you are watching based on the engines hauling the freight. Kind of like national standards for track guage, air brake systems. Long past time for MTA's various parts become more standardised. As to the desk jockey paperwork jobs, they should have been merged long ago; at this point they might as well be simply outsourced to a single contractor. |
