Thanks for bringing us the photo tour Mike.
A quick Google says the domes are operated by Wilderness Express which along with the cars is owned by tour wholesaler Premier Alaska Tours, an Alaskan company. The domes started service in 2001/2 for Royal Caribbean/Celebrity Cruises and the present service commenced in 2013.
