By the time they take the call, call the MTA and then notify the crew the guy would have been HAMBURGER.911 could have contacted "Control" and they would have radioed the T/O to stop the train in time. The video doesn't indicate how long the man was on the track and when the woman started the video process. Bill Newkirk |
