Re: Tuscarora Almanac for December 5

The thing with those London stations is those are their actual names, much like 86th Street, 96th Street, and 103rd Street all have "Street" in them but you can clearly tell the difference. With Jamaica - 179 St, including Jamaica as part of the name is entirely unnecessary and opens the door for needless confusion, when 179th St would have easily sufficed.

Queens Plaza vs. Queensboro Plaza, while potentially also confusing to first-time riders at Lexington/59th, at least is a clear difference evident in the first word of the station title.

A set of four stations that could use a good cleanup on station names are 138th-Grand Concourse, 149th-Grand Concourse, 3 Ave-138th, and 3 Ave-149th. It can easily confuse new riders, it takes forever to recite those names and at least some of them, IMO, should be given London-style title names. All of those syllables, and yet there are four different 125th Street stations in Manhattan, none of them with secondary names.
