The flying of drones over the city of Richardton is a conflict with Federal Regulations. It is too close to the Richardton Airport, a grass strip that sees more lawn mowers than it does aeroplanes. Maybe one plane every two years or so.According to regulations one must call Fr. Odo in our business office to obtain permission since he is the 'airport manager' (of record). Aren't fed regs fun.
