I ran a birthday charter at SLTM earlier this year where there were four generations of the family on my car. The great grandmother who must have been in her 90’s and had a clear mind told me all about the trolley lines that ran out of New Haven. She knew far more history than I could ever remember.I was very impressed and moved. It’s occasions like this that make it a joy to operate there. |
