I don't know about less, but is does mean shitty - delays on one system automatically magnify to the other. Planners for some reason all get big dicks about thru-running.If Amtrak dispatchers dick around with an inbound SEPTA train from Trenton or Wilmington, everyone waiting to go to Chestnut Hill East and Warminster will be late. |
