I'll go with the theory that they were not so ruthless to tear down the part down to Lewis Street should operations had ever wanted to send the M shuttle there instead and not disrupt Bway/Jamaica trains with at-grade crossings.With escalators and escalators, there is some merit to it. Imagine if they had done so as they rebuild the Cut. |
