When I worked for a manufacturing company near the Culver el in the mid 80's, shortly before demolition, a couple of adventurous young men tried to drive a "borrowed" car up one of the station staircases one weekend. Didn't get too far up the stairs. So they tried again at speed. Got a little higher up.

Must have been a narrow car, those stair cases aren't that too wide.
