Good for you. I don't have the legs to do 45 miles. I really liked the feel of Randall's Island, especially the Hell Gate structure overhead and the Water Treatment plant. I also wish I had the time to visit some former SubChatters now residing in the Manhattan Psychiatric Center on the island.
