MTA is doing it in two phases of getting the station ADA requirement. First phase was a piece of cake to get the street to mezzanine.The mezzanine to platforms project at the time when they planned faced a lot obstacles getting a suitable location to construct the elevators. They been going through the design process more than 5 years. I believe they are in a processes to bid the projects out. |
