They were brand new..When I took my photos in Brighton Beach, except for graffiti, those cars were new. It didn't look like years of wear and dirt from being used consantly. Even the blue paint on the walls was shiny and clean. The floor tiles didn't have the appearance of years of wear. Bill Newkirk |
