Bellevue, who lives in Crown Heights, has 35 prior arrests, including three menacing cases involving weapons, police said.Most recently, on Aug. 9 in the Bronx, Bellevue was charged with petit larceny and possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana after he was caught stealing food from a deli, authorities said. The next day, while in Central Booking, Bellevue was charged with felony assault, again in the Bronx, after he spat in a cop's mouth on E. 161st St., police said. The officer went to an area hospital for treatment. He should not have been out on bail. |
