As usual , you are acting like a pompous, contract lawyer, and you don't know a damned things about the subject matter.The MINIMUM fare on a New Haven train is to the first non "R" stop. PERIOD. The fact that someone decided to get off at 125th Street does not change the fact that the minimum fare for THAT train was not paid. Theft of services HAS occurred. |
