Yes, it must have to do with their contract with CT.Of course, it doesn't really make much sense. It's pretty much only Stamford locals that stop in Fordham, and those are most crowded between Fordham and Mt. Vernon East, and could handle passengers from GCT to Fordham with no problems, allowing added revenue for CT to share in. |
