In addition to what has been said - the doorways on the inner loop platform have been sealed with cinder-blocks decades ago, and painted black. There is I think one doorway that is accessible. While the outer loop platform was open one could easily see the cinder-blocked openings within the curved wall.The capability to use the inner loop platform was lost decades ago, as well as by the changes in rolling stock.
